Either do this with a partner like on the video or you can try them by yourself just stop accordingly.
- As your partner does 1 push up you rest in a
plank
- Goal is to go the highest in the ladder so: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 +
If you choose to do this alone simply hold the plank for the number of reps you will do.
- 1 rep - 1 sec plank
- 2 reps - 2 sec plank
- And so on!
It's a simple challenge but it will totally test out your endurance strength.
My client did this challenge with push ups & then again with squats.
He had a massive chest, tricep & quad pump afterwards!
You can also do this with any body weight exercise:
- Dips
- Pull Ups
- Push Ups
- Handstand Push
Ups
- Squats
- Lunges
- Etc
It's a fun challenge & something you can throw at the end of your workouts in order to gain more muscle in lagging body parts.
Give it a try & tell me how it
goes!
Also I made a 4-week workout routine for one of my clients last month. His goal was to increase his pull ups & prepare his body for doing handstands by only training at home.
1 month after following the routine he increased his pull ups from maxing out at 4
to doing 10 in one set! That's huge progress in such a short time!
I'll be releasing the workout routine next week ;)
