Listen I know this is not sexy to talk about but
when I keep hearing people saying:
"This is just what i needed. Sitting too much has affected my ability to squat heavy. Thanks Bro"
Or
"that ql lat stretch thing has changed my
life "
Then I know is essential.
I am talking about corrective stretching.
If you do 2-3 of these stretches before your workout I guarantee you
will so much more mobile & strong.
We get tight due our lifestyle habits & while this won't "Fix" the problem it will give you some relief to exercise & move more efficiently.
