What is up my friend!
I just got off the phone with my business coach & I got slapped back into reality.
I have been creating a beginner bodyweight program for you guys & I started to overthink things too much.
I wanted to add cool things like muscle up progressions but that is way too advanced.
I needed to go back to basics & give you a workout that would help you master the fundamentals.
This program I am creating brings me back to when I first started doing
bodyweight workouts back in my tiny room when I was 21.
I used my house's stairs to do push ups, used the hallways to do walking lunges & used a $30 door frame pull up bar to crank out my pull up & chin ups. (Heck! I still use that pull up bar to this day)
Since my room was
small I couldn't jump rope in there so I would run down to the garage & grab a thick wire that I used to hang my punching back from.
And I would jump rope with that cable!
It was Ghetto AF but the workouts were damn effective!
In fact I put on 10 pounds in 2 months when I started these workouts & that is what my program will do:
It will bring you back to basics & pack on muscle!

Also my coach told me that whenever his assistant see him overthink things - that she texts him: #DontOverThinkIt
