You can tell I am excited.
Lately I've been cleaning up what I eat (primarily reducing the foods that cause inflammation) been drinking more water & doubled my vegetable consumption.
It's crazy how much of an energy spike you get after doing those 3 things + also you start to look leaner fast!
One of the carbs I started to eat regularly 3 months ago was sweet potatoes.
They have been a game changer in my diet & feel great
on my digestive system.
As a skinny guy eating more carbs is one of the easiest way to gain size.
But not all carbs will make you feel the same so:
If eating rice,
white potatoes, bread or pasta makes you feel bloated...
Try replacing those carbs with sweet potatoes for 3 days & check how you feel.
I am sure you will feel more energetic & your stomach will feel flatter.
The reason being is because you will reduce inflammation (bloating) and you will relieve your body of digestive stress.
And when your body has less stress to deal with; you are in an optimal digestive state to build muscle since your body can more effectively focus on delivering nutrients to your
cells, muscles & organs as opposed to having to deal with your stomach pains.
So give sweet potatoes a try, they might just be the secret food you've been needed all along to make more muscle gains!
