You've been training hard this winter getting stronger, learning new bodyweight skills & now it's time to
melt away that unwanted fat & show your gains.
One of the simplest things you can do to start dropping body fat is fasted cardio.
I am not talking about boring slow & steady cardio.
I am talking about quick, high intensity cardio.
One of the simplest workouts you can do for this is to use a tool that you used a lot as a kid.

Seriously a jump rope is all you need in order to get a kick ass fasted cardio workout that will help yo get leaner.
10 Min Jump Rope Workout
3 sets of 3 min of jump rope.
That's it.
It's simple I know but it will help you drop
unwanted fat.
Do this as soon as you wake up & not only will it help you drop fat but also get you alert & ready to kill your day.
Also if you don't have a rope you can always use any cable. I used to use the cable I hanged my punching bag with - It's ghetto I know but we don't make
excuses right? ;)
