This was the exact push up routine I would do daily when I was in middle school & high school.
I remember one day I slept over at my friend’s house and before going to sleep I started to knock out the 100 push ups.
They just looked at me and went to sleep while I finished my push ups

This routine is not pretty, fancy or follows any rules but it's damn effective.
