Story time!
When I was in high school I was obsessed with Lucid Dreaming
AKA Being aware that I am dreaming & being able to control my dreams.
During this
time I kept a dream journal & also would sleep & wake up at the same time.
By doing both of these things I got so close to lucid dreaming once!
But sadly as soon as I realized that I was dreaming I crashed (in my dream) and woke up.

Quite frankly if you are not optimizing your sleep, it doesn't matter how hard you train & how great you
eat.
You will always be holding yourself back from the most muscle gains since during sleep is where the true growth & repair happens.
So please optimize your sleep & you will start making crazy strength and muscle progress!
