Workout:
1A) Jumping Jacks x 10
1B) Squats x 10
Repeat Super-set 5 times
2A) Bear Walk x 20 steps + Push Up x 1
2B) Crab Walk x 20 Steps + Push Up x 1
Repeat Super-set 5 times
Done!
So this is a simple workout but bear walks & crab walks are brutal when you do them non-stop!
Your shoulders, core and triceps will be on fire!!! π₯
I will be sharing more workouts you can do at home as well as
showing you how to master fundamental bodyweight exercises because once you master the basics; progressing to doing more advanced bodyweight exercises will be so much easier!
