How To Make Dips A 6-Pack Building Machine! πŸ”₯

I'll let you know how that goes but today I wanna share a fun dip variation.

If you have ever wanted to work on your abs while doing dips then this is for you.
Β 
I call these "6-Pack Dips"

Steps:
  1. Grab a heavy weight ball (I used 40pds)
  2. Jump on the dip bars and squeeze the ball in between your feet
  3. Dip without dropping the ball for reps!
Looks simple but as soon as you squeeze the ball you will feel how much work your core has to do in order to not drop the ball.

The KEY is to SQUEEZE so you activate your core. You can also use a dumbbell or weight plates for this just make sure you squeeze them.

You can also do this same thing with pull ups to make them a lot more challenging.

Add this to your workout next time you do dips to make things harder or use it as a finisher to completely kill your abs and give your arms a nice pump! πŸ’ͺ🏽
