What up my friend!


I hope you are having an amazing Friday. 


I've been thinking lately about the direction I wanna take this community and I need your help.


I want to know exactly what you want to learn?


Personally I have been training calisthenics seriously for the past 3 months & I love it.


I wanna share this journey & teach you how to do these exercises once I learn them.


So you can be like me and hang on the bars at the shopping cart return section and crank out a few pull ups and a muscle up. 


But I know not everyone is like me.


My main focus for this year will be to re-build my strength foundation trough bodyweight training & mastering the muscle up, handstand and front lever. 


I know not everyone in this list is into calisthenics so I wanna know 3 things:


  • What is your main goal? Fat loss, muscle building, strength building? All 3?

  • How do you like to train? With bodyweight exercises only? Or a mix of weights + bodyweight?

  • Where do you train? At home? At the gym? At parks? Or anywhere & everywhere?
