What is up my Beasts!

I know we are all busy and sometimes getting a workout in is tough. I am also guilty of this.

That’s why a few months back I wrote a checklist of 15 workouts you can do when you:

    •    Are short on time
    •    Have no equipment
    •    Are bored with your program and need a challenge to make it fun.


 

Today I shared one of my challenge workouts with 11 entrepreneurs and they all LOVED IT!


It was the workout I call: The Gambler’s Workout.

It is one of my favorite challenge workouts because it involves rolling a pair of dice and letting them decide your fate.
 
It is fun, challenging and unpredictable.
 
After I shared this workout we all came up with an idea!!
 
What if for the next 30 days you only did this workout?
 
Literally if you only did this one single workout everyday for the next 30 days you will lose a lot of fat and have tons of fun doing it!
