I’ve gotten lots of fat loss questions in the past months, and while I’ve never struggled with fat loss on a personal level there are specific principles that will force you to shed the pounds.

One of the most critical principles is having progressions in your workout program so you can make the exercises more complex and advanced instead of always doing the same old ones.

Practicing and doing more advanced exercises will literally shape your physique because you are sending signals to your body that new muscle & strength needs to be formed in order to handle the new stress from these exercises - thus you get a leaner & more athletic physique

Heck I even had one guy tell me that all he had been doing for the past 4 or 5 months was handstands & nothing else. Just by doing this his shoulders, upper back & chest increased in muscle size & he got stronger + improved his posture - WITH JUST 1 EXERCISE!

The whole thing is geared towards fat loss, but the principles laid out, work with any goal you have: strength, muscle building or fat loss.
