Hopefully you gotta a chance to do the workout I sent you yesterday...I got some people emailing me back & telling me that they wanted more, so that is what is happening today
I created 15 workouts that you can use next time:
- You are busy
- Have no equipment
- or want a challenge that will test you mentally & physically
Basically anytime you are about to make an excuse to not workout
I called them BackUp Workouts because that is what they are: Workouts that you can use next time you are about to make an excuse
I know you are gonna love them, specially the challenge workouts (you might have never thought of working out like this before)
