Bodyweight healed me!

What is up Beast!
 
I just got done with a bodyweight workout & I am feeling super energized.
 
This wouldn't have been the case 2 years ago tough.
 
2 years ago I dislocated my shoulder while doing a Kettlebell Press & also developed horrible back pain & tightness from driving 8hrs everyday
 
My energy was zapped from the back pain & I was frustrated that I couldn't workout comfortably because of my shoulder. It was an stressful moment in my life, but like with anything there is always a light at the end of the tunnel
 
Because of these issues I relied on bodyweight to reset my body & it worked better than expected!

If you currently suffer from any annoying pain, then I highly recommend you take a 2-3 weeks to just do bodyweight training - it will do wonders for your body & mind!
