Make any Exercises A LOT Harder!

What is happening beast!
I had a sick workout today: deadlifts & pull ups where the main focus, but also squeezed in a couple of muscle ups for fun!
I would have never been able to do a muscle up if I didn't use movement progressions, which is what we are talking about today
How do you progress from a simple exercise (like pull ups) to a more advanced ones (like muscle ups) in a safe & fast way?
You use movement progressions to slowly make the basic exercise harder each time, not just by adding weight but by decreasing the leverage of the exercise!

If you understand this concept, then you'll never reach any plateaus or boredom as you now have the power to make exercises harder or easier (depending on your situation & level)
