Stretching for Better Workouts?

Last week I told you guys about prepping the body before you warm up so you are more mobile & can attack your workouts with better form & intensity
Today I wanna share some of the corrective stretches I do before working out
Ever since I stated doing them I have seen huge improvement in my mobility & my ability to get stronger...All the way from how much weight I lift to getting my first muscle up
They even helped me to eliminate my back pain & to fix my horrible rounded shoulder posture that I had about 9 months ago & I know they will make you feel awesome as well!
