Yo! Guys hope your having a Badass Monday!
Just wrote a short post for you guys with 2 tips to improve your handstands & a simple but powerful bodyweight workout I did a while back, you can see it here:
You can start using one of the tips immedietly next time you train & I know you will get a lot more control of your body FAST!
I was very surprised at how strong my shoulders, back & core got when I started doing handstands a couple months ago
They simply force you to work on a lot of stabilization & strengthen your whole upper body which means more control when you lift heavy weight, better form & your able to recruit more muscles!
