Workout Routine for Busy People

What do you do when you can't find 1hr to workou, 4 times a week?
- Do you make the excuse that you have no time to train?
- or Do you find another way to make things happen even if it is not perfect?

Sometimes life gets crazy & finding an hour to dedicate to training get's tough or we simply aren't amped up to train because of the amount of stress we have due to work, school, relationships, etc
That's just the nature of life, but it is obstacles like these that make you stronger not just physically but mentally
Training is not always about big muscles & how much you lift but about how much will do you have to take action when things get tough
Do you complain & make excuses or do you shut up & find a way to make things happen?
This character of an action taker is created, not born with
You can keep wishing that you were born with this attitude or you can create it by constantly overcoming obstacles
The choice is yours
