It's a Brand New YOU!

It's a new year & this is the time when most start making resolutions & plan out how much more they wanna lift at the end of the year or how much muscle they wanna pack on
The mistake most people do is that they just lift without a plan, and as a result they get frustrated because they hit a plateau or worst yet: get injured
I can tell you from experience that following a plan to
help you achieve your fitness goals is by far the easiest way to achieve
your goal
Simply because your not thinking about what to do, instead you got
the proven game plan in front of you - all you need to do now is
actually do it
Last year I forced myself to focus a lot on Bodyweight training, because of nagging pains & imbalances I had developed from lifting without a plan
The 3 months I focused on pure Bodyweight training payed off BIG time!
I gained 5 pounds of muscle, increased my energy & dramatically improved my strength
The proven game plan I followed was Zach Even-Esh's bodyweight Bodybuilding
This year I am starting off by doing a hybrid of Bodyweight Training with Basic Heavy training to increase my strength & pack on muscle
Similar to what is thought on the Lean Hybrid Muscle Program by My friend Elliott Hulse
I don't have to prove to you that this works, just look at all the testimonials here:
Last year was full of falls, injuries, frustrations & pain, but it also was full of joy, laughter, strength & muscle gains & new friendships
Nothing will go perfect & I expect even more hardships to happen this year as I got bigger ambitions, but I won't let these hardships stand on my way!
The main thing standing on your way of reaching your 2013 goals is how much action are you will to take to make them happen!
Not think about or plan what to do - but simply to pick something & commit to doing it
Even if it is small steps - Imperfect action is better than no action!
Reaching your Strength Goals is easy once you know what to do, so follow a plan & Make 2013 your Best Year Ever!
