Awesome things happen when the rules are broken

Sometimes when you don't follow the rules awesome things happen
 
That was the case with this last workout:
 
==> Heavy Deadlift & Heavy Pull Up Workout
 
I had no set plan & decided to just do deadlifts & pull ups
 
This eventually left into seeing how much I could lift, it was fun & intense
 
The workout ended up like this:

1A) Deadlifts - 7 Heavy sets (each getting heavier but not maxing out) for 1-3 reps

1B) Weighted Pull Ups & Chins - 7 Heavy sets of 1-2 reps

3) Pull Ups - 1 x Max Reps

4) Chin Ups - 1 x Max Reps

5) Push Ups - 1 x Max Reps

6) Handstand Push Ups - 1 x Max Reps

The message that I wanna give you is that Sometimes you just gotta F the rules & lift heavy weight! have no structure, no rules, no set reps or rest, just lifting for the hell of it
 
It frees your mind from always having structure & revives your appetite for seeking more strength!
 
I wasn't following any set rules when doing this workout but it did end up having structure: it was a density workout
 
Workouts like these are powerful for building strength endurance, muscle density & mental toughness
 
I'll be experimenting with more of these workouts & know the results are gonna be freaky!
