Are you doing this bodyweight exercise?

Hey guys Luis Here,

And as we wrap the weekend, I wanted to share 1 exercise that has made a BIG impact in my training

And this awesome exercise is the Handstand!

Now I can't walk on my hands yet, but am slowly progressing to it

There is a chance that you are like me an have a very tight upper back, rounded shoulders & poor stabilization (or core strength)

Ever since I began doing handstands
Just from doing handstands & all it's variations (push ups, static holds, side + front walks & time holds)

I would highly recommend that if you are not doing them that you for sure add them to your program

Start with holds for 10-15 sec & progress to HS push ups & walks to the side

You will notice that your core will work overtime to now make you fall

And not to mention that they are hella Fun

Give them a go as a finisher, between a super set or as part of your warm up (or do them at home on your spare time)

BTW I really started using them when I followed Zach Even-Esh's Bodyweight Bodybuilding

I did a whole journey on it & recorded some of the workouts which you can see here: http://StrengthCaseStudy.com/

That program made me do them regularly & I saw how much of an impact they had on my body & strength

Check out my workouts on the site & feel free to copy them (they are straight from Zach's program)

Am sure that if you start doing handstands you will see your shoulders & core get stronger, which will make you lift heavier weights with better form since you are more stable & have improved posture!

Stay strong & Have Some Fun!
